How to delete your account
Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, every reading, and every cup photo. This cannot be undone.
- Open Cofai and go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm when prompted.
Prefer email? Send a deletion request to tekinkubilay08@gmail.com from the email associated with your account and we'll delete it for you.
Reading stuck or taking too long
A reading normally takes 30–90 seconds. If it's stuck longer, check your internet connection and try again — if a photo clearly isn't a coffee cup, Cofai will ask you to retake it instead of using up your daily readings.
Photo not recognized as a cup
Make sure the inside of the cup is well-lit, in focus, and fills most of the frame, photographed from the three requested angles (straight on, tilted left, tilted right).
Sign-in issues
Cofai uses Sign in with Apple or Google only. If sign-in fails, confirm you're signed into an Apple ID or Google account on your device, then try again.

What is coffee cup fortune telling?
Coffee cup reading is a centuries-old tradition: after drinking unfiltered coffee, the drinker turns the cup upside down over its saucer. The leftover coffee grounds dry into shapes and symbols, which a fortune-teller reads to talk about love, career, money, and what's ahead. Cofai brings this ritual online with an AI fortune-teller.
How does Cofai read my coffee cup?
You photograph the inside of your cup from three angles after finishing your coffee. Cofai's AI looks at the actual shapes and marks it sees — not a generic template — and writes a personal report grounded in what's really in your cup.
Is Cofai free to use?
Yes. Cofai currently offers unlimited, full fortune readings for free, with no subscription and no hidden charges. This may change in a future update, and this page will always reflect the current pricing.
Is Cofai's coffee fortune reading accurate?
Cofai is built for entertainment and self-reflection, in the same spirit as the traditional ritual it's based on — a fun way to pause and think about your day, not a medical, legal, or financial prediction. Treat every reading as playful insight, not certainty.
What do I need to photograph for a reading?
After finishing your coffee, turn the cup upside down onto its saucer and let it cool for a few minutes. Then photograph the inside of the cup from three angles: straight on, tilted left, and tilted right. You can optionally add a photo of the grounds left on the saucer for extra detail.
What are the saucer grounds, and do I have to photograph them?
When you tip your cup over, a trail of coffee grounds is left behind on the saucer. Photographing it is optional — Cofai can generate a full reading from the cup photos alone — but adding a saucer photo gives the AI fortune-teller more symbols to work with.
